By accessing or using Velotip, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
2. The service
Velotip provides an online community, curated directory features, and related tools. Features may change; we may suspend or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Accounts and conduct
You are responsible for your account credentials and for content you post. You must not misuse the service (e.g. unlawful content, harassment, malware, scraping that harms the service, or attempts to bypass security). We may remove content or suspend accounts when necessary.
4. Listings, payments, and third parties
Directory listings or paid placements may be subject to separate checkout flows (e.g. Stripe). Fees, taxes, and refund rules are shown at purchase. Third-party tools and links are governed by their own terms.
5. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Community content is user-generated and does not constitute professional advice.
6. Limitation of liability, governing law, contact
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shuffle Land is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
