1. Data controller
Shuffle Land (Korean trade name: 셔플랜드, “we”, “us”) operates the Velotip website and related services. For privacy inquiries: shuffleland@naver.com.
2. Data we collect
We may collect: account and authentication data (e.g. email, display name, profile information you choose to provide); content you submit (e.g. community posts, comments, directory or listing information); technical and usage data (e.g. IP-derived region where we sync it, device/browser signals our hosting or analytics may record); and payment-related data processed by our payment provider when you purchase paid listings or similar services (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use personal data to provide and improve the service, authenticate users, moderate content where applicable, process transactions, communicate with you, secure our systems, and comply with law. Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on contract, legitimate interests, consent where required, or legal obligation as appropriate.
4. Processors and sharing
We use trusted service providers such as hosting (e.g. Vercel), database and authentication (e.g. Supabase), and payment processing (e.g. Stripe). They process data under our instructions and their own privacy terms. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
5. Retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, and dispute resolution needs, then delete or anonymize it where appropriate. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no online service is perfectly secure.
6. Your rights and contact
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact shuffleland@naver.com. We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change when we do.
