Refund Policy

Last updated: April 12, 2026

1. Who processes payments

Paid features on Velotip (such as directory listing fees) are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. The checkout screen shows the amount, applicable taxes, and Paddle’s terms before you pay. Your payment agreement is with Paddle for collection; Shuffle Land provides the underlying service described at purchase.

2. What fees cover

Listing fees cover submission and manual review of your application. Paying the fee does not guarantee that your listing will be approved. If your listing is rejected, we may still have incurred review work; any goodwill refund is discretionary and not guaranteed.

3. When we may issue or assist with a refund

We want charges to be fair. Contact us if you believe there was a duplicate charge, a clear payment error, or a technical failure that prevented checkout from completing while you were charged. Depending on the facts and applicable law, we may coordinate with Paddle or instruct Paddle where appropriate. Mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply where they cannot be waived.

4. After approval or delivery

Once your listing is approved and eligible to appear in the directory, or where the paid service has otherwise been delivered as described, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.

5. How to request help

Email contact@velotip.com with the email used for your account, the approximate date of purchase, and your Paddle receipt or transaction ID if you have it. For payment disputes, also check Paddle’s receipt and support options shown at checkout. Please try contacting us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue faster.

6. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy; the “last updated” date will change when we do. This policy supplements our Terms of Service and does not replace them. If anything conflicts, the more specific or stricter protection for you under applicable law still applies.
